I appreciate that folks step onto the yoga mat for all sorts of reasons. Whether it's to find relief from stress, ease back pain, or build strength and flexibility, yoga's got lots to offer. It's pretty incredible how quickly you'll notice the physical perks like increased flexibility, better posture, and improved balance.

Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned yogi, my Prague classes offer a space to deepen your practice and draw upon your personal needs. I offer different levels in each class, giving you the freedom to pick and choose what suits you in the moment.

Private and Online Classes
I am available for private classes in a studio space I rent in Vinohrady, or I can travel to a place that suits you.
Who are private classes suitable for?
• If you want to start with yoga but don't know how.
• If you want to perform yoga poses correctly and safely from the beginning.
• If you don't like being in a crowded studio.
• If you can't attend public classes due to your schedule.
Private classes are possible both 1 - 1 and in a group of 2 - 6 people. They can take place online or offline. If you are interested in private classes or have any questions, please contact me for more information.
Office Yoga Classes
I also offer tailor-made lessons for you and your colleagues. I can come to your workspace at a convenient time for you and your team and provide a little reprieve from the usual hustle and bustle of office life. You will strengthen the body parts most burdened by sedentary work and clear your head. Office yoga classes can be 45-60 minutes for up to 20 people.
*Please note that all classes are led primarily in English, but I can offer basic adjustments and corrections in Czech.
