Group classes are a great way to practice - where you are constantly being offered ways to grow, safely under the instruction of a teacher - but not an ideal place to ask questions or request specific help. These one-on-one sessions will give you individualized attention with a qualified instructor so that you'll be able to have a conversation about the establishment/development of your practice and refine your poses to understand safe alignment and thrive.
We recommend investing in a series for most one-on-one needs, but we do offer single yoga or meditation sessions if that's what will serve you best.
Beginner Yogi Package
This package is designed for the new yoga student who is looking to confidently join group classes. Four one-on-one sessions will allow individualized instruction of common yoga poses and safe alignment.
Custom Yoga Sequence
Have a home practice that complements the creativity and safety of practicing in the studio.
You and a qualified yoga teacher will meet 3 times over one month to review your needs and customize a sequence just for you.
Meditation is the core practice of a balanced, mindful life. In private meditation sessions, we discuss what you're looking to gain from a regular meditation practice, what concerns you might have, then a practice is created for you to apply to your daily life.
